Transporting a yacht or bulky objects

Following your initial enquiry, we start our detailed carefully planning which ensures a trouble free transportation for the yacht or other objects, the owner and ourselves.

First we will have a verbal contact to find the best price range for the transport. Different facts have to be taken into account (time and distance, dimensions of objects to be transferred) as well as escort requirements and coordination with other traffic etc.

Once these parameters are set, we start planning the safest and most efficient transport at the best possible price.

We study and organize our timetable carefully in order to avoid “empty runs” to reduce the expenses to a minimum.

At this point you can accept, refuse or change the date of the transport.

The goal is to match all the factors for a cost effective and safe transfer.

At least once a week we carefully work out the program for the next week.

All authorities concerned will be notified of “Abnormal load transfer”, escort vehicles will be booked if required and boatyards / marinas will be advised of arrival times.

You will kindly help us getting the boat ready for transport by taking care of some basic tascs.
